Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing:
- Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care following blend sheet instructions.
- Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner helping build long-term relationships.
- Support daily operations including inventory management product deliveries and customer service.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.
- Work with a variety of crops including corn soybeans wheat and alfalfa.
