Inside Sales Representative

URM Stores Inc. is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with customersboth online and over the this fast-paced role youll deliver top-notch customer service by answering questions sharing helpful information and confidently guiding customers from their first interaction to an in-person experience. If you have strong communication skills a great listening ear and enjoy helping people find the right solutions this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the friendly voice customers count on by processing and entering orders accurately via phone email or fax.
• Jump in to support outside and inside sales consultants by providing coverage during vacations or sick days.
• Partner with sales teams to solve customer questions and challengesfrom pricing and credits to deliveries recalls and product information.
• Handle billing for specialty and non-stock items with care and accuracy.
• Proactively connect with customers when items are out of stock offering smart substitutions and clear delivery timelines.
• Keep things moving by answering and directing calls from customers brokers and vendors to the right teams.
• Work closely with vendors and internal departments to source specialty items and meet customer needs.
• Tackle a variety of administrative tasks including data entry mailings filing scanning and calendar management.
• Get involved in events special projects and team assignments whenever needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bring 2 years of experience in grocery or foodservice along with 2 years in sales or a skilled office role.
• Love connecting with people and delivering standout sales communication and customer service.
• Thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment where no two days are the same.
• Stay organized detail-focused and proactive with follow-ups to keep things moving.
• Feel confident using Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
• Enjoy learning new tools and systems like PowerSell AS400 WebDocs RIMS and store ordering platforms.
• Offer strong data entry skills (10-key experience is a bonus!).
• Bring a positive professional phone presence and polished written communication to every conversation.

• An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including the prevailing minimum wage for the location relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements and business or organizational needs. Salary range $19 - $22 hourly DOE plus so much more!
