Job Summary

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum; Associate degree in related field preferred; specialized consumer/mortgage bank lending education/training; S.A.F.E. certification required.

Skill(s): Proficient reading writing grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills; thorough knowledge of consumer commercial and mortgage loan documents; thorough knowledge of lending policies and procedures; proficient keyboarding and PC skills; visual and auditory skills.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support and assist in supervising the mortgage operations function; coordinating work within the division as well as with other divisions; directly supervising the workflow of assigned personnel; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support operations.
