Food and Beverage Operations Manager
As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency. Youll lead and support the F&B team manage budgets streamline processes and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the driving force behind our hotels dining services ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff coordinating daily operations and overseeing budgets and inventory.
- You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
- A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry such as director of food and beverage general manager or even a corporate-level position.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
