Job Summary

Job Description: Customer Services Representative at Holy City Pediatric Therapy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from parents and caregivers regarding appointments services and general inquiries
  • Assist in scheduling therapy sessions and managing appointment calendars
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
