Job Description: Customer Services Representative at Holy City Pediatric Therapy
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from parents and caregivers regarding appointments services and general inquiries
- Assist in scheduling therapy sessions and managing appointment calendars
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
