- Monitor daily weekly and monthly performance identifying trends and risks early and responding with pace.
- Execute commercially impactful promotional campaigns schedule changes and product launches.
- Optimise room setup game positioning menus and pacing to maximise visibility and performance.
- Share performance insights in a clear actionable format that drives commercial decision-making.
- Feed into performance planning and prioritisation with data-led recommendations.
- Review outcomes and continuously improve activity based on performance results and feedback.
