Full Time Regional Restaurant Manager
The Regional Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a group of restaurants within a specific region. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurants managing the staff and ensuring that the restaurants are meeting the companys standards. The Regional Restaurant Manager also works with the franchisees to develop and implement marketing plans and to resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of restaurants
- Manage the staff including hiring firing and training employees
- Ensure that the restaurants are meeting the companys standards
- Work with the franchisees to develop and implement marketing plans
- Resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry preferably in a management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
