Since its establishment in 2013 the Sofia Finance Shared Services center has been operating for over 10 years with a proven track of record of success and growth and is designed to serve our global customers across various financial functions including Procure to Pay Record to Report and Order to Cash.


As a Senior Finance coordinator youll contribute to ensuring smooth financial operations across our organization. Youll manage accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within our learning program.

Main Duties:

  • Generating and reviewing payment-related reports for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included. Raises issues to management.

  • Runs the requests from customers and resolve payment related issues and findings.

  • Responds to ad hock requests and maintain agreed timelines.

  • Build and manage relationships with business and suppliers;

  • Provides decision support to business management through timely and accurate financial information;

  • Serves as a finance business partner;

  • Performs variance analysis and investigates irregularities.


REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or related finance role
Preferred Fields of Study: Finance Economics Accounting or related field
Professional accounting certifications are a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Experience with ERP systems preferably Oracle
Strong English language skills both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to process high transaction volumes accurately and efficiently
Experience with international payments and treasury operations
Knowledge of financial compliance requirements and internal controls
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Experience with invoice processing payment systems and financial reconciliation
Proven record of resolving complex financial discrepancies
Service orientation with excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Capability to adapt to shifting priorities in a results-focused environment
Experience with financial reporting and analysis
