Onboarding Management
You own the complete onboarding journey for new brands and manufacturersfrom initial setup to successful go-live. By aligning closely with partners you identify challenges early and work together to find effective solutions. You continuously improve the onboarding experience track progress across all stages and ensure products are activated on time and with high quality.
Process Optimization
You actively identify opportunities to optimize onboarding and marketplace processes and align improvements with both internal teams and external partners. Through standardization and clear documentation of workflows you create transparency and scalability across teams. Leveraging data and KPIs you drive efficiency and focus on reducing Time-to-Live (TTL) for new products.
Quality Assurance
You ensure the quality and ongoing monitoring of integrated brands and products within the marketplace. Working closely with partners you address quality issues monitor data flows and ensure seamless system integrations. You validate product data for accuracy completeness and taxonomy compliance to maintain a consistent and reliable marketplace experience.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
You are in close daily exchange with our partners and internal stakeholders managing expectations and timelines through proactive communication. By translating technical and operational requirements into clear actionable steps you enable partners to navigate the onboarding process efficiently and confidently.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in a digital marketplace environment ideally on the platform side or within a brand or manufacturer organization
Hands-on experience with marketplace software and platform management tools such as ChannelEngine Tradebyte or Mirakl including product onboarding and catalog management
Solid understanding of taxonomy frameworks data structures and data standardization in complex marketplace setups
Strong ownership mentality with accountability for processes outcomes and KPI-driven execution
Excellent communication skills fluent in English (German is a plus) with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear actionable guidance for stakeholders
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.509 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
