Major Responsibilities:
Consolidation of Competency Mapping Data for KSB India Training Need Identification from various sources & Release of Training Calendar accordingly.
Training Coordination for Employee Trainings Trainee Development and induction for employees and trainees at organization level.
Develop Launch and manage E-Learning modules on Product/Behavioral/Compliance Trainings.
Responsible for Campus Recruitment & assist in onboarding of GET/DET/PGET.
Initiate and drive Trainee Development Program comprising of behavioral and technical training knowledge sharing sessions engagement activities and half yearly reviews.
Support for absorption of trainees on permanent positions along with HRBP/Plant HR.
Independently conducting Campus Drive.
Responsible for Apprentice Registration on NATS portal. Coordinate for claim submission and reimbursement. Liaison with BOAT officials.
Assist in recruitment of fresh talent for identified positions post campus.
Assist in implementation of Learning Management System.
Identify potential training partners for task assistance and execution.
Assist for Open- House/External Training for employees and Senior Management Programmes.
Support to conduct and evaluate young leadership development programme at organization level.
Drive L&D initiatives to foster learning culture in the organization.
Maintain L&D Report and Records.
Drive and support employee engagement initiatives.
