We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive support to executive leaders to ensure their time and priorities are managed effectively. This role requires strong coordination skills discretion and the ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency. The EA will act as an operational anchor ensuring smooth execution of internal processes leadership routines and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the leaders including scheduling prioritizing and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate leadership meetings reviews and site governance routines including logistics materials and documentation.
Prepare presentations reports and briefing materials; track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items.
Handle travel planning itineraries and expense processing in alignment with company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in managing sensitive information.
Support on initiatives on an ad hoc basis as requested.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the leaders and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication.
Draft internal correspondence announcements and updates.
Qualifications :
Excellent administration skills including diary management.
Reliable delivery of high standard work always ensuring attention to detail and meeting agreed timescales.
Confident enthusiastic and motivated using a flexible approach to working practice including the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything during peak periods.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook Teams PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism confidentiality and a high degree of ownership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
