Job Summary

Titan ICT is currently seeking an experienced and committed Accountant to join our Finance team. This position works closely with the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller and sits within the Corporate Services team in Perth. The team plays a vital role in supporting the business to provide effective operational and strategic decision-making outcomes. The role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a positive attitude who is proactive takes initiative and is keen to learn and advance your career in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in General Ledger processing & Month-End Support
Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Payroll end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliations (with the view to out-source within 6mths)
Assist in AR processing and debtors management
Leave cover for AP
Audit & Compliance Support
Assist with the streamlining automation and improvement of core finance processed

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance
Demonstrated 3-5 years commercial experience in a transactional accounting role
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical thinking high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder (internal & external) engagement skills.
Working rights in Australia and Perth based.

Desirable

Experience with ERP Oracle Netsuite.
Exposure to end-to-end payroll processing and STP reporting.
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field.
