Job Summary
EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our store located in Houston (North location) Texas. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in the processing of car deals verify costs for the accounting department including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons and handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-pacedfun environment then were looking for you.
What Youll Do:
- Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
- Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Pull reports from our TRAC system
- Process rejections
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred
- Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK
