Job Summary

Casa Nela is looking for experienced line cooks with a passion for hospitality to join our culinary team in Rosemarys Miami opening this Winter! We are looking for Grill Cooks Sauté Cooks Pasta Cooks and Prep Cooks. If you are obsessed with food beverage and providing a great guest experience we want to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (Miami experience preferred)

-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

-Skills include: grill sauté roast & sear

-Experience with pasta prep pasta cooking

-Familiar with industrys best practices including department of health standards

-Availability to work weekends nights brunch and some holidays as needed

-Positive attitude; a team player thats willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
