Job Summary

The Learning Enablement Partner (LEP) plays a critical role as a trusted partner and key point of contact to sales leaders managers and sellers for developing key sales skills and competencies. As an LEP you will determine a learning strategy and deliver a targeted enablement plan with AI and data-driven solutions that map to specific business needs. You are also responsible for driving supporting and executing numerous regional and global enablement efforts. Your contributions to the AMS business impact the overall effectiveness efficiency and demonstrated differentiated value to our customers.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have experience in uncovering enablement needs and advancing selling skillsets by leveraging AI to execute sales enablement programs and have the ability to influence cross-functional teams through outcome-based enablement strategies. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven record of accomplishment in leading sales enablement programs.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or a Masters degree with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience

  • Ability to build and grow trusting relationships with VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience reading and interpreting sales performance metrics for strengths and gaps
  • Demonstrated leadership influence and active listening across lines of business
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges with learning solutions
  • Courageous empathetic and articulate communicator
  • Ability to remain agile in changing and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to determine learning methods and procedures
  • Strong judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria
  • Proven networking skills with stakeholders

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $124700 - $218300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
