Reporting to the Business Services Senior Analyst the Business Services College Intern will support the Real Estate Services Group in delivering operational and administrative excellence across building operations capital projects and business services initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment providing exposure to facilities management and data analysis.
Finance & Analytics: where responsibilities will include administrative and analytical duties in the areas of budgeting forecasting project tracking and ad-hoc analysis.
Business Services: where responsibilities will include administrative compliance and analytical duties in the areas of customer service key performance indicator (KPI) tracking data/records cleanup and other areas as required.
Compensation: $18-$36 per pay within the range will be set based on undergraduate/graduate year and relevant experience.
Principal Accountabilities
Assist the Business Services team with day-to-day operational tasks including data entry reporting and document management.
Assist with administrative and analytical support to Business Services Senior Analyst in the areas of budgeting forecasting project tracking
Maintain and update internal files SharePoint sites and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy
Data gathering/organization for tracking RESG Key Performance Indicators across a variety of functions.
Other administrative compliance and analytical duties to assist across RESGs many functions.
Knowledge and Experience
Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret data recognize and bring forward trends issues or opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint.
