Position Overview
Seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2-5 years of experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience representing developers drafting development-related agreements and conducting due diligence for complex projects.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements easements declarations and other development-related contracts

Manage due diligence for complex real estate transactions

Support developers on ongoing projects and provide strategic legal guidance

Advise clients on a broad range of real estate and development matters
Required Qualifications

2-5 years of strong real estate transactional experience

Experience representing developers in real estate transactions

Proven ability to draft development agreements and handle due diligence

Active Arizona Bar membership or eligibility for admission upon motion

Broad development-related experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
