As aSeniorBusiness Analyst in theePMO you willlead complex cross-functional initiatives and own analytics and reportingacross Cohesitys enterprise portfolio. This position is ideal for candidates withtop-tierconsulting experience and exposure to enterprise technology or SaaS environments.You willoperatewith minimal guidanceinfluence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of AI and automation across project workflows. Youwill alsomentorjunioranalysts and help set standards for project execution.You thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Lead planning coordination and execution of enterprise programs; own portfolio reporting cadence and delivery of outcomes.
Architect andmaintainexecutive-ready dashboards and reports (e.g. Tableau Power BI Smartsheet) with rigorous data quality and governance.
Identify pilot and scale AI/automation solutions to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
Analyze portfolio and program data to surface trends risks and opportunities; present recommendations directly toallstakeholders.
Facilitate requirements and cross-functional alignment; manage dependencies risks and change impacts across teams.
Establish standards templates and best practices for status reporting RAID logs and decision tracking; mentor junior analysts on their adoption.
Partner with Finance Operations Sales and Engineering to align priorities and define KPIs/OKRs that tie initiatives to business outcomes.
PrepareSteerComaterials executive briefings and narrative communications that drive clarity and decisive action.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
8years of experience in project management business analysis or management consulting ideally with experience at a top consulting firm and in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
Experience ina high-performing analyticsor PMO environment preferred.
Advancedproficiencyin Excel Power BI Tableau or similar analytics/visualization toolswith experience preparing executive-ready deliverables.
Familiarity with project/portfolio management software (Smartsheet Jira Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skillsleveragingconsulting frameworks and enterprise tech best practices.
Demonstrated ability toidentify evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelors degree in business operations analytics ora relateddiscipline.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and/or equity grants. Additionally full-time employees are eligible to participate in ourcomprehensive benefits framework including health and wellness benefits vacation paid holidays and refresh days 401(k) retirement plan life and disability insurance coverages and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
