Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business/Data Modeler with strong expertise in data modeling data warehousing concepts and Agile collaboration. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between development and testing teams while ensuring accurate documentation of data requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Capture analyze and document data modeling requirements
Design and maintain logical and physical data models
Collaborate with development and QA teams as a primary point of contact
Support Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices
Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft tools

Required Skills

Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
Hands-on experience with ER Studio (mandatory)
Expertise in relational and dimensional data modeling
Experience supporting Agile development environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and documentation tools
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in data governance frameworks
Prior experience working as liaison between business and technical teams
