What Youll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations customer service and sales across service labor parts tires and fleet.
- Assist in training and coaching service advisors on customer care and Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs).
- Ensure shop productivity workflow and safety standards are maintained.
- Handle POS transactions inventory and vendor procurement processes.
- Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe shop.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience in automotive service; sales experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong customer service communication and cash-handling skills.
- Leadership or work-lead experience.
- Comfortable using upsell techniques.
- Ability to work days nights weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing walking bending stooping kneeling and reaching.
- Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
