As the Retail Assistant Manager you should bea goal-oriented success driven person whose next career step is a StoreManager. The RAM should be a bold energetic passionate person providingattentive and friendly service for a great customer experience every day. EveryRAM should have great leadership skills be a good communicator and lead byexample for their teammates. We will provide all of the training you need to bea success!

Responsibilities
Conduct administrativeduties at the store.
Keep all promotionsand pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
Maintain thefacilities for audit compliance.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
Assist Store Leader inexecuting initiatives related to sales service and customer experience.
Partner with StoreManager to observe and coach all employees as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Open work availability for mornings evenings weekends and holidays as scheduled
