WhatYoullDo
- Coordinate and prepare scopes of work cost estimatescontractsand project plans.
- Support project delivery byidentifyingrisks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide practical technical adviceand requirements to third parties working around ATCO infrastructure
- Liaise and negotiate with developersengineering consultantscouncilsandhomeownersto achievesafe andpositive outcomes.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within utilitiesinfrastructureor construction(highly desirable).
- Strong communication stakeholderengagementand negotiation skills.
- Experience managing contractor/construction issues in utilities or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of corridor and land/environmental management principles to ensure compliance.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and drawings.
- Ability to interpret and review gas design requirements for residential commercial and land development projects ensuring compliance with standards and supporting project delivery.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies civilworksand safe excavation practices.
