Colorado Safety Supply Company delivers impactful safety training consulting and audit services to the construction general industry government and energy sectors. Our training division is growing rapidly and were looking for a reliable organized and proactive Training Administrator to help keep operations running smoothly and support both internal trainers and contractor partners. Not only do we have the Training & Consulting division we also successfully run two other divisions: Equipment & Supplies as well as a Fire & First Aid Mobile Unit.
Position Overview:
The Training Administrator is a critical team member supporting the daily operations of our training and consulting division. This role will assist trainers and safety consultants in preparing and delivering effective sessions managing records and communicating with clients. The right candidate is detail-oriented comfortable with client interaction and eager to grow with the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Support: Assist trainers and contractors with materialslogistics and on-site or virtual support for safety training audits and consultations.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and organize training classes audits and consultations; manage the calendar room bookingsand confirmations with clients. Speak with clients and trainees toconfirm training in its entirety.
- Documentation & Compliance: Create and distribute training certificates wallet cards sign-in sheets and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain digital and physical records of all training audits and consulting activities in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
- Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing callsto clients regarding training schedules class availability documentation follow-ups and outreach to potential clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare training materials restock classroom supplies assist with trainer setup and support reporting as needed.
- Other duties (include but not limited to): Learn and become certified on the job to work with calibrate and fix gas monitors and other equipment. Full training in house.
- Growth & Visibility: Serve as a visible supportive presence within the training division; collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and division growth.
- Marketing Support (Occasional): Assist with distributing classflyers emailing client lists and promoting new or specialty trainings.

Requirements
Required:
- Live in the Denver Colorado area or willing to relocate. We are not offering a relocation package at this time.
- Experience in administrative scheduling or office support roles (training or education industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Comfortable on the phone and with email follow-ups
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office Google Workspace or similar platforms; experience with CRM or training systems is a plus
- A proactive attitude and strong team mindset
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete other duties as requested
- Ability to create process and also follow company procedures as written/trained
Preferred but not required:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- College degree
- Knowledge or prior experience in Safety or related field
- General Industry or Construction knowledge
