The Opportunity

As our Director of Service Delivery you will own how we deliver work to customers across all service lines including IT Services Professional Services Development Services and Marketing Services. You will set the standard for how we show up how quickly we move and how consistently we deliver. This role sits on the leadership team and works directly with the CEO to bring structure urgency and alignment to service delivery as we scale.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Customer Delivery and Execution

  • Own customer-facing execution across all service lines.
  • Ensure delivery is timely high quality and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Engage directly with customers on delivery execution and outcomes especially in complex or at-risk situations.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and customer risk.
  • Model strong customer-facing leadership and reinforce expectations across delivery teams.


Delivery Operations and Scale

  • Balance demand staffing and utilization across delivery teams.
  • Align priorities handoffs and sequencing across teams to ensure consistent outcomes.
  • Improve delivery speed clarity and efficiency through better models workflows and standards.
  • Use data and metrics to identify bottlenecks improve urgency and support scalable execution.


Leadership and People Management

  • Lead and develop delivery leaders across IT Professional Services Development and Marketing Services.
  • Hold leaders accountable for execution quality customer outcomes and team performance.
  • Build a culture of ownership urgency and accountability.
  • Coach leaders to think beyond their function and operate as part of a unified delivery organization.
  • Make timely people and structure decisions to support performance and scale.


What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in service delivery operations or consulting leadership within a professional services MSP or technology-enabled organization.
  • 3 years of experience leading managers or multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
  • Proven success in fast-paced visionary-led environments where rolling up your sleeves and making things happen is expected.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated success improving urgency efficiency and accountability in service environments.
  • Strong comfort using data to drive decisions and challenge assumptions.
  • Experience working within an EOS environment is an asset.
