About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Youll assess what the customer needs find the right technician for the job and ensure everything runs smoothly from the first hello to the final follow-up.
Your Day to Day:
Be the Contact Point: respond to customer inquiries via phone email and text in a professional manner.
Solve & Route: evaluate service requests to determine which staff member is best suited for the task.
Follow Through: check in with customers post-service to ensure they are 100% satisfied.
