Pay: from $64218 per year (salaried) Incentive Pay $325 sign-on bonus $200 optional Saturday clinic bonus

Job Type: Full-Time In-Person

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm ( >3 hours outside normal business hours per week 40 hours / week total)

As an Outpatient Therapist at High Plains Mental Health Center youll provide individual family and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. Youll conduct intake assessments develop treatment plans and offer evidence-based support.

What Youll Do:

Deliver high-quality evidence-based therapy for individuals families and groups addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and expertise.
Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a strong foundation for effective treatment.
Design and implement personalized goal-driven treatment plans that empower clients and promote measurable progress.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure seamless coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation that meets agency standards and supports continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical supervision constructive feedback and active participation in team meetingshelping you achieve your personal career goals and setting you up for long-term success.

Requirements

Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy)
Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following:

o Licensed Psychologist Licensed Master Level Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist

o Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker

o Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track (or equivalent experience)

o Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist

Valid drivers license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening
