The details: Dynamic patient caseload at the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic consists primarily of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints) back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Beautiful gyms with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies 1:1 patient treatment Highly personalized and patient-centered care Schedule is Monday - Friday no weekends and no holidays The ideal candidate: Is someone who is excited to join a thriving and energetic team Is someone who loves to continue their education and learn more to better serve their patients Is someone who believes that patients deserve One on One care with a highly trained clinician Is someone who enjoys participating in or leading community & educational events Is someone who values a lifelong relationship with patients and who can provide therapy services across the lifespan The requirements: Degree from a CAPTE accredited school Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association One (1) year of outpatient experience preferred but would also consider New Graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong orthopedic clinicals Will display strong skills in flexibility time management leadership and communication Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience The responsibilities: Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR) Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department. Conduct patient and family education Display strong skills in flexibility time management and communication
Shift: Monday - Friday clinic hours are 7am - 7pm. Team typically does 3 early 7:30am - 3:30pm and then two late 10:30am - 7:00pm.
