VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES -- FILTRATIONOverview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the industrial and food production equipment sector with a specific focus on filtration and frying equipment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the industrial and food production markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence in the filtration and frying equipment sectors.
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and sales materials.
- Oversee the sales pipeline forecast sales performance and report on sales metrics to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends technological advancements and regulatory requirements affecting the filtration and frying equipment markets.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in industrial and food production equipment with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of filtration and frying equipment as well as the broader industrial and food production equipment markets.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
