Job Summary

BTS Singapore is looking for an Intern for 2026 with a commitment of 3 to 6 months. Preference will be given to final-year students who can commit to a 6-month internship.

We prioritize interns who aspire to join BTS as full-time hires after their internship. This experience will provide you with valuable insight into the life of a BTS Consultant while allowing you to showcase your fit for the role and company culture.

About BTS:

The greatest ideas in the world will die on the vine if not properly implemented. At BTS we turn our clients ideas and strategies into results by designing customized experiences that drive innovation alignment and performance.

As an intern at BTS you will work directly with leaders from some of the worlds leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are and you will help to accelerate their strategies execution by focusing on the people side.

You will work in small teams to develop customized interventions including simulations. Think board games with financial models or app-based digital learning. You then facilitate learning journeys with our clients in a workshop setting that incorporates humor fun and competition.

You will work on multiple projects at one time across different industries and with different internal teams. You will facilitate programs virtually locally and regionally.

The rest of the time will be spent on creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing clients conducting research and analysis testing programs laughing. This is accomplished in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers BTSers to contribute from their first day. You will also progressively manage client relationships find new clients and opportunities and grow the careers of other BTSers.

About the role:

Project Support: Assist in gathering and organizing information from key client stakeholders to support project design and execution gaining hands-on experience in consulting methodologies.
Workshop Assistance: Help consultants deliver workshops virtually locally and regionally by preparing materials and providing logistical support.
Client Engagement Support: Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships by helping identify and address their evolving business needs.
General Support: Assist with research data analysis presentation preparation and other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside consultants and other teams to contribute to high-impact projects and gain exposure to different business areas.

Qualifications:

An outstanding Degree from a top university augmented by skills in presentation delivery and financial analysis.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another Asian language will be looked upon favorably.
Interest in finance leadership and innovation.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
A mature and professional demeanor.
Good interpersonal skills ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages.
Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case study competitions consulting clubs domestic/international travel public speaking).
