About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. Youll play a key role in screening candidates coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience from first contact to onboarding.
Beyond execution youll gain insight into how hiring decisions are made how workforce strategies are shaped and how technology and automation are used to improve recruitment effectiveness. This role is designed to give you meaningful responsibility while developing strong evaluation communication and operational skills in a dynamic business environment.
You will learn how to:
Evaluate talent beyond keywords and identify high-potential candidates using structured thinking and role-fit analysis
Translate resumes into clear data-backed hiring recommendations for decision-makers
Understand how hiring managers assess capability performance indicators and long-term potential
Manage stakeholder coordination across multiple functions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience
Track and optimise recruitment pipelines with operational discipline and data accuracy
Conduct structured reference checks and support onboarding workflows with professionalism and attention to detail
Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance screening quality improve efficiency and strengthen hiring decisions
Think critically about recruitment processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
Qualifications :
A strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and structured in a fast-paced environment
Clear logical thinking able to break down information and assess candidates objectively
Comfort working within structured processes while also identifying areas for improvement
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine hunger to learn how hiring decisions are made
The ability to use AI tools thoughtfully not just to generate output but to sharpen thinking and improve quality
Confidence working with data and maintaining high standards of accuracy
A proactive ownership-driven mindset
