Job objective
To support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across Asia with a focus on Southeast Asia and China. This role will assist in driving digital projects that improve customer experience internal operations and digital product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of digital projects including but not limited to platform development digital tools deployment and internal process digitization.
• Independently execute small-scale digital projects or workstreams with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional affiliates to understand local needs and align on digital solutions.
• Track and report on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist in training and communication related to digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor trends and innovations in digital technology and assess potential applications for the business.
• Contribute to the enhancement of digital customer experience across platforms through structured feedback and analysis.
• Act as administrator for selected internal digital platforms including user management configuration updates and content maintenance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Information Systems or a related field
• 12 years of experience in digital project coordination business requirement gathering e-commerce platforms or digital business operations
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms (web mobile AI analytics tools etc.)
• Ability to collect analyze and present data-driven insights
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Technically curious and able to bridge between business needs and technical requirements
• Proficiency in spoken and/or written another Asian language e.g Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project coordination workshops field studies or stakeholder meetings
• Proactive with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
• Detail-oriented reliable and well-organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across cultures
• Passion for digital innovation emerging tech and user-centered design
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project scopes or business needs
