Job Summary
Job Description
- Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials scheduling blog posts maintaining trackers updating content calendars etc.)
- Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting assisting in video shoots coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs etc.)
- Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate consistent and aligned with brand guidelines before review
- Assist with competitor research on marketing best practices
- Support in procurement of marketing materials & distribution
- Assist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing Business
- Communications or a related field
- Comfortable with Google Slides Sheets Docs (Canva is a plus)
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
- Comfortable asking questions clarifying priorities and taking initiative within guidance
- Interest in content creation e-commerce logistics or startups is a plus
