Our Transformation Change and Delivery (TCD) business unit is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Consultant to join our growing team.

We help organisations navigate and deliver complex transformation. Our expertise lies in driving measurable business outcomes through pragmatic change delivery project and programme management and embedding lasting capability. We work across all industries partnering with clients to turn strategy into execution with people process and technology aligned from day one.

What you will be doing

As part of our team you will play a key role in delivering impactful work across transformation programmes operating model redesigns change strategy and delivery initiatives. You will work across a variety of clients and sectors to:

  • Support or lead workstreams on complex transformation and change programmes ensuring delivery is aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • Translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans using structured project and change management approaches (e.g. Agile Waterfall hybrid models ADKAR)
  • Design and implement change strategies to support behavioural operational or technology-driven change
  • Assess organisational readiness plan and execute stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption strategies
  • Track report and manage risks issues interdependencies and benefits throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Work closely with client stakeholders building strong relationships to influence challenge and co-create solutions
  • Collaborate internally across teams to shape innovative value-driven client solutions


Your skills and experience

  • You have 1 to 3 years of consulting experience in transformation or change delivery either in a client-facing role or internal transformation environment
  • You can confidently deliver in environments of complexity and ambiguity while managing multiple priorities
  • You bring experience in the following areas: End-to-end project or programme management (including planning governance reporting) / Change management and stakeholder engagement / Operating model design or implementation / Technology-enabled change (ERP digital automation AI) / Business readiness adoption and training
  • Youre familiar with industry frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP Prosci Agile)
  • You take ownership of your work and contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables
  • You collaborate well with colleagues and clients showing strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You may have experience supporting business development activities or shaping client proposals
  • You are proactive about your development and enjoy working in a fast-paced high-impact environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time each month
