Are you a people-person with a talent for communication Are you goal-oriented and motivated to succeed Join our dynamic team as a BDC Representative and be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to help drive service and provide an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.
What Youll Do
- Manage all incoming service inquiries via phone email and online chat.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture and re-engage customers.
- Log all customer communications and information accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date on recommended maintenance schedules manufacturer recalls and current promotions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and help build lasting relationships with our clientele.
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in aBDC or call center environment is a plus but we will train exceptional candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Superior multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
- A resilient and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
