Willrodt Ford in Chamberlain SD is looking to add technicians of all experience levels to our staff. We pay master certified techs the best in the area. We offer Ford Certified training and provide a great apprentice program schedule to get all techs to the Master level.

Responsibilities
- Perform automotive maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
- Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
- Explain automotive repairs and issues to service advisors and provide great customer service.
- Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
- Test the functionality of parts and systems.
- Tune-ups tire changes and tire balancing.
- Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes fluid level checks and tire rotation.
- Repair and replace brake pads and brake systems wheel bearings sensors and other parts.
- Perform routine maintenance engine diagnostics and general mechanic work on vehicles.
- Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
- Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
- Keep a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively work with customers and team members
- A commitment to providing top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
