About The Role:

As the Quality lead you will oversee damage inspection and repair workflows drive process improvements and collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure consistent cost-effective product quality and disposition.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing best-practice workflows for damage inspection repair validation pricing and product disposition.
Analyzing data to identify root causes and trends in product damage.
Proposing improvements to processes equipment and vendor handling to reduce damage risk.
Collaborating with supplier management shipping warehousing operations and repair partners to drive quality and efficiency.
Developing and standardizing criteria for assessing damaged items as retained repaired or disposed.
Monitoring marketing and sales messaging on slightly damaged products to maintain national consistency.

Effective communication skills to lead quality discussions and set clear expectations with internal teams and external vendors or partners.
Ability to interpret quality performance insights and influence stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management Engineering Supply Chain or related fields are highly desirable.
Proven background in quality assurance or leadership within industries such as automotive collision repair or related sectors.
