Job Summary
Job Description: IT Support at Holycitypediatrictherapy
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to ensure the smooth operation of technology systems and equipment
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software applications
- Respond to IT issues and requests in a timely manner
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Train staff on how to use IT systems effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT systems networking and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Experience working with pediatric therapy clinics is a plus
