Job Summary
Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Groupis a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes with in-home and community care programs in WA ACT and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionateSupport Worker to join our Hocart Lodge Home Care teamon aPart-time or Casual basis.
About the role
Reporting to our Home Care Manager you will be responsible for providing domestic support ensuring a clean and safe living environment assisting with meal preparation and engaging in meaningful interactions that brighten their days
What youll bring
Before you can be considered for this role well need make sure you possess the following:
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Influenza vaccination
- Own a vehicle and full drivers licence
- Full working rights in Australia
