Job Summary
Abra Auto Body and Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to our team! We are an exciting and highly successful team looking for a self-starting highly motivated individual who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best possible experience for our customers.
About the job:
- Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
- Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received
- Prepares vehicles for body repair work
- Notifies management of any additional repairs needed
- Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
- Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
- Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicle
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
Technician Qualifications:
- Experience in frame sheet metal straightening and replacement
- Understanding of diagnosis and the correct techniques needed to complete the vehicle repair
- I-Car certification in designated role preferred
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Desire to work in a team environment
