Job Summary

Were working with a manufacturing company in the Greater Milwaukee WI area thats looking to add a Process Technician to their team.

This is a hands-on role within a plastic injection molding environment. The right individual will be responsible for mold setups establishing and adjusting process parameters troubleshooting production issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts on the production floor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving working closely with production and engineering and helping ensure consistent high-quality parts.

Requirements

5 years of experience in plastic injection molding within a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of scientific molding principles process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and cavity pressure monitoring systems

Proven ability to troubleshoot molding and quality issues while supporting engineering quality and production teams
