The Opportunity

Werelooking for aRegional Account Managerto lead growth across thegreater
Texas USAregion.Youllmanage key relationships with distributors retailers contractors and architects andyoullbe the catalyst that drives product visibility confidence and demand across your territory.

Youwontbe alone:youllbe supported by inside and field-based sales development teams to help accelerate adoption and expand the footprint ofthe leading brand and product innovator in this category a companythatsredefining what building materials can do.


This is a remotepositionideally based in or aroundDallas; San Antonioor HoustonTX USA.There will be regularly planned travel acrossTexas;Oklahoma and portions of Louisiana and Arkansas;supporting3(soon to be 4) key distributor branches.

WhatYoullBe Doing

  • Grow the region by meeting or exceeding sales targets account development goals and market penetration milestones
  • Build and strengthen relationships withdistributors retailers contractors and architectsto increase product awareness shelf presence and pull-through
  • Empower retailers with the tools training and in-store support they need to confidentlyrepresentand sell Trusscore from product education and merchandising to solution-based conversations that drivereal results
  • Identifyand engage contractors who align withTrusscoresvalue proposition and can champion the product in the field
  • Collaborate closely withSales Development Representatives (inside)andField Sales Development Representatives (in-person)to create full-territory coverage
  • Represent Trusscore at distributor events retail open houses contractor BBQs and regional trade shows
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and regular reporting cadence using Salesforce
  • Travel throughout the territory is expected 5075% of the time with regularly planned visits to distributor branches retail partners job sites and architectural firms

WhatWereLooking For

  • 3 years of outside sales experience in building materials or a related industry
  • Strong experience building relationships across distributors retailers contractors and architects
  • Proven ability to drive new account growth while nurturing long-term partners
  • Highly organized and self-driven with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Strong presentation communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability and willingness to travelfrequentlyand independently across the region
