Role: Behaviour Mentor

A dynamic secondary school in West London is recruiting a proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will work with students at risk of exclusion poor attendance or disengagement from education.
You will play a key role in improving behaviour outcomes supporting emotional wellbeing and helping students develop positive attitudes towards learning. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one mentoring and behaviour interventions
Support reintegration following exclusions or time out of class
Monitor attendance punctuality and behaviour progress
Work closely with pastoral SEN and safeguarding teams
Support students during lessons and unstructured times
Requirements:
Experience working with adolescents or vulnerable young people
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
