Job Summary
A well-respected primary school in Croydon is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to start in January 2026 supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
Role Responsibilities
You will:
Provide targeted SEN support in and out of the classroom
Assist with learning behaviour and emotional support
Work under guidance from teachers and the SENCO
Help pupils access the curriculum effectively
Support routines transitions and wellbeing
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
