Job Summary
Our Mission
The Partnerships Associate plays a key role in supporting the growth and performance of Affinity Ghanas strategic partnerships with a particular focus on fulfilling each partnership relationship by validating loan requests and managing key partner relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between operations risk and partnership teamensuring a seamless flow from customer acquisition through to loan repayment and portfolio monitoring. The role reports to the Partnerships Manager and requires a solid foundation and experience in relationship management technology and sales.
Required Skills:
Relationship management
- Put partnership loan memos together for review and decision making
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Affinity and partnerships
- Track disbursements loan utilization and ensure terms agreed under the partnership are met
- Provide feedback to both internal teams and external partners on performance trends and product alignment
Loan monitoring arrears management & collections
- Proactively monitor the partnership related loan portfolio
- Follow up on repayments flag arrears early and support collection strategies
- Escalate default risks with relevant recommendations
Reporting & internal coordination
- Maintain logs and trackers for clients disbursements and repayments
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end execution
