We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Bogota Colombia to build and lead a team of sellers in our Latin American this role you will own revenue generation coaching/ development and the performance of 7 Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

Key functions:

Own team quotas forecast accurately and drive consistence monthly attainment.

Monitor teams performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.

Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.

Participate in key prospect calls negotiations and deal strategy discussions.

Process Tools & Enablement:

Refine sales messaging discovery frameworks and objection - handling techniques

Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce Salesloft Gong).

Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.

Participate in key prospect calls negotiations and deal strategy discussions.

Development of Account Executives

Recruit train and onboard new sellers.

Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Foster a positive and motivating sales culture within the team.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Analyze market trends prospect needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share.

Sales Reporting Forecast and Analysis

Deliver regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.

Provide accurate timely forecasting to Head of Sales.

Analyze sales data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities adjusting strategy based on insights.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has 2 years experience in SaaS Sales building & coaching high- performing teams and individuals.

  • has previous experience selling in B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus)

  • fosters a culture of performance and accountability

  • has a positive and caring attitude paired with a growth mindset.

  • is located in Bogota Colombia
