Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in communication talent sourcing on-boarding coordination and full life cycle recruiting while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Experience within the telecom industry is a strong plus. This role requires someone who can follow detailed client-specific onboarding processes and manage multiple priorities at times.

Ideally you will be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (Greater Phoenix AZ area). This is a remote WFH role. Salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards networking social media referrals and other creative sourcing strategies.
Candidate Care: Maintain clear timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment cycle; ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
Reference & Background Coordination: Acquire and verify professional references and support client-specific background and onboarding processes with flawless attention to detail.
Client Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and clients understanding their needs and providing consistent recruitment updates and insights.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate organized and detailed documentation across all applicants tracking and client systems.
Process Compliance: Follow detailed client-specific onboarding and compliance requirements with precision.
Industry Awareness: (Preferred) Leverage telecom industry knowledge to assess technical skill sets and market trends.
Project Coordination: Track and move candidates forward in a high volume detailed and coordinated way.
