About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is crucial for driving new business acquisition and managing strategic relationships with our top-tier enterprise clients within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will be an immediate impact playera true hunter who can leverage their existing sector knowledge and proven track record to hit the ground running. You must be tenacious proactive and capable of operating autonomously at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition (Hunter Focus): Proactively identify target and secure new high-value and long-term enterprise customers within the telecom industry.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain trusted senior-level relationships with key decision-makers operating confidently and independently
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans demonstrating a proven track record of success in exceeding demanding sales targets.
- Market Leadership: Demonstrate a deep immediate understanding of the local telecom sectors competitive landscape technological trends and customer needs.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive new business through proactive outreach effective social selling and active participation in industry networking events.
- Change Agent: Be tenacious proactive and comfortable driving necessary commercial and strategic changes both internally and externally to secure deals.
- Relationship Portability (Desirable): Potentially bring existing high-level relationships within the enterprise telecom space that can be quickly leveraged.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of dedicated Account Management or Sales experience within the Telecommunications sector (B2B Enterprise focus is essential).
- Existing high-level network within the telecom enterprise ecosystem is a significant advantage
- A verifiable successful track record in a hunter role focused on attracting new top-tier enterprise customers.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills with the gravitas to handle senior conversations independently.
- Proven experience in a combination of new business generation techniques including social selling cold acquisition and networking.
- Comfortable driving change and navigating complex fast-paced commercial environments.
