Job Summary
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in leading all aspects of club performance driving commercial results operational excellence and an outstanding member experience.
- Lead & Develop: Recruit coach and elevate a high-performing team delivering regular constructive feedback to maximise engagement and results.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of all revenue lines including memberships Personal Training and secondary spend ensuring strong profitability and KPI delivery.
- Deliver Exceptional Member Experience: Create a welcoming energetic and premium environment that enhances every member interaction and builds long-term loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes ensuring FUNDAMENTALS ASCEND and MOVE are consistently executed to company standard.
- Champion Standards: Maintain best-in-class cleanliness safety and presentation across the club at all times.
- Adapt & Problem Solve: Respond quickly to challenges support the team through change and drive practical results-focused solutions.
- Compliance & Safety: Manage policies procedures Health & Safety and pool plant operations in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :

- Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)
- Strong leadership qualities with adaptability in communication & management style

- Commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets

- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and Bank Holidays
