Requirement/Responsibilities:

6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst within enterprise CRM or financial services environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) architecture data models and integration design patterns.
Demonstrated success defining and delivering integration strategies for complex systems and data sources.
Proficient in authoring detailed technical documentation data mapping and process flows.
Skilled in stakeholder communication driving consensus across business and technology teams.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks with experience leading sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Ability to challenge assumptions and modernize existing processes while maintaining operational continuity.
