Description:

Job Description: To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities training materials facilitator guides lesson plans and class schedules. Conduct training sessions monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management. Provide support to branch to meet the business need. Participate in basic/routine tasks of narrow scope requiring basic research/review. If selected for Mortgage-MLO incumbent will be required prior to the assumption of employment duties to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; includes fingerprinting and background checks.

Position: REL Training Instructor
Experience Level Desired: Level 1 (1-5yrs experience)

Location: Candidates can be located at GPO (Pensacola FL) or WCC (Winchester VA)

GPO: Bill Rate Range $40.10/HR - $42.77/HR
WCC: Bill Rate Range $44.57/HR - $47.00/HR

Shift (Time): 8:00am-4:30pm CST/9:00am-5:30pm EST
Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per week - Ensuring to meet NFCU Hybrid Guidelines
Overtime: OT is not available for this contract position
Contract Length: 6 months from start date
